Dipankar Chowdhury Mr. Sandip Mondal ...for the Petitioner The appeal has been filed against the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in contempt proceedings arising out of C.P. 179 of 2023. The contempt filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

We find that the order of the Tribunal is taking note of the order passed by D.G.M., (OA East), BSNL, CTD disposing of the petitioner's representation in compliance of the Tribunal's order dated 28th September, 2022. The order substantially having been complied we find no infirmity in the order of the Tribunal dismissing the contempt petition. The writ petition is disposed of as the Tribunal's order requires no interference.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will avail his remedy before the Tribunal by filing O.A. assailing the reasoned order passed.

Reserving such liberty, the contempt petition is disposed of.
