The writ petition has been filed by the secured creditor alleging inaction on the part of the District Magistrate to dispose of the application filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to consider and dispose of the application made under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
