It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner that his complaint was not registered as an FIR has already been addressed. An FIR being Sankrail PS Case No.967 dated 16.9.2022 has been registered. In fact, a charge sheet has also been submitted on 31.12.2022.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State further submits that pursuant to a subsequent complaint, a proceeding has been initiated under Section 107 of the Code. As the petitioner's prime grievance of non-registration of an FIR on his complaint has already been redressed, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, WPA 25238 of 2023 is disposed of.
