Mr. Prasenjit Mukherjee Md. Sakir Mr. Raja Roy Mr. Prosenjit Chongder .........for the Petitioner The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a final order of assessment dated 07.10.2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they are ready and willing to make payment of their entire outstanding dues in installments.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 25869 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to make payment in three equal installments by 05.02.2026, 05.03.2026 and 05.04.2026. The re-connection of the electric connection shall be made upon the payment of the first installment.

The CESC Limited is directed to restore the electricity connection at the subject premises upon payment of all prescribed re-connection charges. In default of any one installment, the CESC Limited is at liberty to disconnect the electricity connection at the subject premises.

With the above directions, WPA 25869 of 2025 stands disposed of.

The above order passed by the consent of parties and upon the instructions of the petitioner.
