This revisional application is thus disposed of with the request upon learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Alipore to dispose of Execution Case No. 385 of 2024 arising out of AC 245 of 2022 within 30 days from the next date fixed. Accordingly, this revisional application stands disposed of.
