Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, including the injury report, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Sek Sadek Ali @ Sk. Sadek, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper

with evidence in any manner whatsoever and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall meet the I.O. once in a week till submission of report in the final form. 5.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3875 of 2025 is, thus, allowed and disposed of. 6.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
