And In Re : Mrs. M. Swati Ramya ..... petitioner Mr. Noni Gopal Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Ms. Subhasree Patel ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits she is in custody for more than two years and four months. It is also submitted that cause of death has not been proved. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner in collusion with her paramour murdered her husband. Children of the petitioner are the witnesses of the murder. One of them is yet to be examined. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner in collusion with her paramour murdered her husband. All the vital witnesses have not been examined as yet. Under such circumstances, we do not consider it prudent to release the petitioner on bail.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
