The petitioners are accused under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which has led to initiation of Indpur Police Station case no. 35 of 2024 dated 26th June 2024. 2.

After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record including the case diary and the charge sheet, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage

3. The application for bail is, thus rejected.

4. Let the trial be expedited. The learned Trial Court shall make endeavour to dispose of the entire matter within a period of 18 months from date.

CRM (DB) 3554 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed. 6.
