Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that water connection has been restored, as such, he has no complaint in respect of inaction in relation to the communication made to the local police authorities is concerned.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that the police authorities have threatened them.

However, if any inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, he will

communicate the necessary grievances before the concerned higher police officials. Further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26022 of 2024 is disposed of.
