The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the application under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Doemstic Violence Act, 2005. being AC Case No. 1902 of 2022 is presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate 6th Court, Alipore. Having regard to the intention of the legislature and the fact that the petitioner has already received interim maintenance. I direct that the learned Court would fixed one day in every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. All stakeholders would cooperate with the learned trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 4294 of 2023 is disposed of.
