The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition relates to transfer of the petitioner who was appointed based on the selection process, i.e. 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX and X).

It has been submitted by the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission that the entire selection process of 1st SLST, 2016 classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at this stage and the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for transfer, if situation so arises in future.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
