This writ petition relates to appointment in the post of Primary Teacher in the school under Murshidabad District Primary School Council. The selection process to fill up the post was initiated in 2007.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
