At the heading of the order dated 13th September, 2023 year of the writ petition has been wrongly transcribed as 2013 in stead of 2018. The year of the writ petition shall be read as 2018 instead of 2013 at the heading of the order dated 13th September, 2023.

It has also been submitted by the learned advocate representing the State respondent that inadvertently names of the learned advocates representing the respondent no. 1 were not transcribed in the cause title of the said order dated 13th September, 2023. Names of the learned

advocates representing the State respondent being respondent no. 1 be incorporated in the said order dated 13th September, 2023.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in terms of the aforesaid direction. This order forms part of the order dated 13th September, 2023.
