Petitioner is the husband.

Police complaint was lodged within 9 years of marriage. There is a child born out of the wedlock.

Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of investigation.

Enlarging the petitioner who is the husband on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected.
