Re : CRAN 1 of 2025 Report submitted by Officer-in-Charge Bagdah Police Station, North 24 Parganas, dated 25th June, 2025 is taken on record. This is an application wherein petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the condition of bail imposed by this Court vide order dated 5th December, 2024 by which the petitioner was enlarged on bail.

Counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has more or less complied the condition imposed by this Court by the said order.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the petitioner shall henceforth report to the Officer-in-Charge, Bagdah Police Station, North 24 Parganas, once in a month instead of once in a week until further orders and the other condition that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station is modified that in the event petitioner wants to move beyond the jurisdiction of Bagdah Police Station, he will take leave from the trial Court. The order dated 5th December, 2024, thus stands modified to that extent only. Other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 thus stands disposed of.
