This criminal revisional application has been filed by the petitioner against an order dated October 10, 2017 passed by the Learned ACJM Bidhannaagar, 24 Parganas (North) in connection with G.R. case no. 1024 of 2014 arising out of Bidhannagar (North) P.S. case 238 dated 10.11.2014 under sections 193/ 195/ 209/406/ 417/ 420/468/ 471/494/120B of the IPC. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter in dispute between the parties is settled outside the Court. So, he is not intending to further proceed with this matter. Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The instant revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. CRR is disposed of along with all pending CRAN applications.

The parties are at liberty to withdraw their original documents from the Magistrate on prayer according to law.
