Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary.

Jana, learned advocate for the defactocomplainant, draws the attention of the court to another girl who has committed suicide. Learned advocate also added that there are latches on the part of the investigating authority inspite of the charge-sheet having been submitted as the said victim (deceased's father) has not been cited by the prosecution while submitting charge-sheet.

Be that as it may, it is for the State or for the defacto-complainant to take steps before the learned trial court.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
