The current incumbent of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda, other than the person in whose name the rule was issued, has complied with this Court's order. He has forwarded the recommendation of the petitioner for transfer to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

This Court appreciates the conduct of the new incumbent of the post of District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda in this regard.

In view of the above, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to sit with the petitioner at 2 pm on 20th January, 2025, where the School can be identified where the petitioner can be accommodated. The school may be outside the list of the choices already indicated by the petitioner.

Once such school is identified, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission after compliance with rules, shall forward its recommendation to the Board of Secondary Education, which shall issue orders of transfer immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall correct the cause title incorporating the new incumbent's name of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Malda. 6.

The name of the Commissioner of School Education shall also stand deleted from this proceeding. 7.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

9.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

10.

There will be no order as to costs.

11.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

12.

Report of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Malda is taken on record. 13.
