1. This revisional application has been assailed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 1916 of 2021 pending before the Learned Judge, 4th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

2. Considering the nature of prayer, I find that there is hardly any scope to serve notice upon the opposite party. Therefore, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

3. Learned Judge, 4th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta/Judge-in-Charge of that Court is requested to dispose of Misc. Case No.1916 of 2021 preferably within eight weeks from date of communication of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the learned Court below.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Civil Revisional application being CO 3887 of 2023 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
