The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in History of Krishnarampur High School, Block-Galsi-I, DistrictPurba Bardhaman, she has applied for general transfer through Utsashree Portal on medical ground but her such application has been returned from the end of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on the ground of single teacher.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned decision, besides the Portal is now under suspension.

W.P.A. 26033 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
