Learned advocate for the petitioner has made a prayer that the C.R. Case No. 967 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandannagore, Hooghly be disposed of expeditiously. In view of such prayer, this Court is of the view that further notice upon the opposite party is not necessary and necessary orders can be issued upon the learned Magistrate.

Thus, the revisional application is disposed of with the request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandannagore, Hooghly to dispose of C.R. Case No. 967 of 2022 within a period of 30 days from the next date fixed.
