The petitioner claims that the private respondent Nos.5, 6 & 7 have dispossessed him from 150 sq. ft. of a particular property.

The private respondent Nos.8 & 9 submit that they have purchased the property from the respondent No.5. 4.

This Court is of the view that the disputes between the parties are civil in nature.

The parties may take out civil or statutory proceedings against one another and avail such remedies. 6.

Narkeldanga Police shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court in this regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
