1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail, which was rejected on merits on June 19, 2024. We see no significant change of circumstance since then. Trial has begun.

2. 1 (one) witness has already been examined. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain his prayer for bail.

3. The application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1683 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

4. However, since the petitioner is in custody for 1 (one) year and 1 (one) month, we request the learned trial court to expedite the trial to the fullest extent possible and conclude the same on an early date.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
