The writ petitioners claim that the private respondents are disturbing him in cultivating his land and construction of a property. The writ petitioners submit that the land stands in his own name.

The private respondents submit that the land was sold by the petitioners' father to the private respondents in 1958.

This Court is of the view that neither this Court nor the police can enter into the civil disputes between the parties. The parties may take out appropriate civil proceedings against each other and seek civil or statutory remedies.

The O. C., Khejuri Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and enforce any order that may be passed by the Civil Court. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
