In view of the passage of time,

which has lapsed, I direct that if chargesheet has not been submitted, till date, the police authorities will take steps and submit charge-sheet within a period of 60 days from date.

So far as the issue relating to shop room is concerned, the petitioner complains that ingress and egress of the petitioner is being obstructed at the behest of the private respondent nos. 4 to 8.

The petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate remedies for entering his shop room without being disturbed at the behest of the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25252 of 2023 is disposed of.
