Supplementary affidavit submitted by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation pertaining to both the complaints is going on. The police is directed to conduct fair, proper, impartial and unbiased investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a prayer for anticipatory bail filed by the private respondent is pending. The petitioner is at liberty to participate in the said hearing by filing necessary application before the appropriate forum. Learned counsel also submits that the investigating officer is insisting on the petitioner returning the mobile phone used by her which was given to her by the private respondent. The petitioner undertakes to handover the mobile phone to the Investigating officer after keeping a copy of the contents thereof in a pendrive. The

Investigating officer shall seize the mobile phone by a proper seizure list, copy of which should be handed over to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the private respondent denies and disputes the allegation made by the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has stolen all his documents and has implicated him falsely for which he has lodged a complaint against her.

Since the complaints are being investigated by the police authority, it is expected that the same shall be taken to their logical conclusion as recorded hereinabove. In the meantime, the police shall render necessary assistance to the petitioner as and when required.

With the aforesaid observation and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
