1. The affidavit of compliance with unconditional apology on behalf of alleged contemnor is accepted.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the revised Pension Payment Order has been issued and he is receiving the pension in terms of the revised PPO.

3. In view thereof, the contempt application being CPAN 1499 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of recording the compliance.

4. The report of compliance in the form of affidavit is kept with the report.
