This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 2nd December, 2024 by which the petitioner was directed to meet the Inspector-in-charge, Barasat Police Station once in a week and also to attend the Trial court on every date of hearing until further order.

However, the report submitted by the State discloses that he did not attend the Barasat Police Station regularly in the month of May, 2025 and June, 2025 and he lastly attended the concerned police station on 20.06.2025.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and also on the basis of the report submitted by the Bagdah police station, the prayer for relaxation of condition of bail made by the petitioner is rejected.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
