1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.

2. Challenging the action of the concerned bank taken for recovery of the dues from the present petitioner, the present writ petition has been preferred.

3. The record reveals that a notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has already been issued way back in the year 2019.

4. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition cannot be entertained and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
