We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was on bail earlier. He had absconded. Presently, trial is at its fag end.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5.

We request the trial court to conclude the proceeding at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
