Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there was a fight between neighbours. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of witnesses including the victim and the injury report, which shows cut injuries on vital parts of the body, like head for which stitches had to be given. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the victim with a brickbat.

Considering the above, the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3879 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
