Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge sheet. No recovery was made from the petitioner. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is a part of a racket which administered substances in food to be consumed by the unsuspecting members of the public and when such members of the public become unconscious, rob them.
There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident.
Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is
rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 5512 of 2022 is dismissed.
