number in the cause title reference has been made to be CRM(NDPS)2373 of 2025 - the same is incorrect and the correct number should be CRM(M)2373 of 2025.

Let this order to be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 09.02.2026.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the said order.
