1. This matter appears before the Court under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner has prayed for the withdrawal of this criminal revision, stating that this is in accordance with the specific instruction of the petitioner. The written instruction to that effect, which has been annexed to the mentioning slip, is taken on record.

3. In view of the clear and unequivocal prayer for withdrawal, this Court sees no reason to proceed further with the matter.

4. Accordingly, CRR 4574 of 2024 is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Any interim order or orders that may have been passed in this matter stand vacated.
