The reasoned order passed by the Additional Secretary to the Government of West Bengal dated 3rd February, 2026 handed over in Court today by the learned advocate representing the contemnors be retained with the records.

A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today.

As it appears that the order passed by the Court has been complied with, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
