(VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) Mr. Kushal Chatterjee Mr. Sudarsan Halder ...for the petitioner Mr. Yamin Ali Mrs. Saira Banu ...for the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent authority to mutate the premises in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner also prays for appointment of an Amin to measure the premises of the petitioner.

Mr. Yamin Ali, Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondents fairly submits that the representation made on behalf of the petitioner be considered in accordance with law by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has no objection if the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2019 (Annexure P/6 of the writ petition) be considered by the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer.

In view of the aforesaid, WPA No. 23725 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated

29.11.2019 (Annexure P/6 of the writ petition) in accordance with law after giving right of hearing to all the affected parties including the private respondents. It is made clear that nothing in this order in so far as the merits of the case are concerned would be binding upon the respondent no.

in considering the representation of the petitioner.

It is expected that the entire exercise will be completed by the respondent no. 4 within 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA No. 23725 of 2019 is disposed of.

There shall be however no order as to costs.
