Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is present. Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner in this case has prayed for a direction so that the Complaint Case No.2488 of 2010 pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), 2nd Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas be disposed of.

Considering the reliefs prayed for, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served upon causing service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus this revisional application is disposed of with a request to the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), 2nd Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 2488 of 2010 expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

The revisional application is thus, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied, for upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
