5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that hearing of the appeal may be expedited. The next date of hearing is 16.12.2024.

6. The learned First Court of Appeal below is requested to take the appeal immediately on reopening and dispose of the same after hearing both the parties.

7. The instant revisional application is disposed of accordingly.
