1. The writ application has been preferred praying for demolition of the unauthorized construction made by the respondent no. 7.

2. It is submitted that as directed by the High Court in a previous writ application, the Municipal Authority was proceeding with the enquiry of the case. But after the last resolution dated 10.11.2018 no further steps has been taken.

3. The learned counsel for the Municipality is present and submits that the Municipality may be directed to complete the proceedings within a time frame on hearing the parties.

4. The writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall conclude the enquiry and hearing which was stalled after 10.11.2018 within a period of 60 days from the date of this order on giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.
