Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He is not connected with the transaction in question. The transaction in any event is civil in nature.

State and the defacto-complainant are represented. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Learned advocate appearing for the defacto-complainant submits that, prayer for anticipatory bail of other Directors of the company in which the petitioner is a Director was rejected

by a Coordinate Bench by an order dated October 11, 2023 passed in C.R.M. (A) 4073 of 2023.

We considered the materials in the case diary. Petitioner claims himself to be a Director of the same company where prayer for anticipatory bail of the co-accused was rejected by the Coordinate Bench by the order dated October 11, 2023 passed in C.R.M. (A) 4073 of 2023. Petitioner before us is similarly situated and circumstanced as that of such other co-accused. In such circumstance and on the parity of the reasoning contained in the order dated October 11, 2023 in C.R.M. (A) 4073 of 2023, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application being CRM (A) 4925 of 2023 is dismissed.
