Leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the cause title.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 233 days and similarly placed accused persons have already been granted bail. It has also been submitted that charge sheet has already been presented by the Investigating Officer before the jurisdictional Court on conclusion of investigation. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner is the principal accused.

Be that as it may, the charge sheet has been submitted under section 105 of the BNS, 2023. Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail but after the stage of consideration of charges are over. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court would release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charges are over, subject to such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2375 of 2025 is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
