The instant criminal revision is filed along with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act in the year, 2010. Subsequently, the petitioner failed to take any step in the instant case even the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was not heard by this Court, as the petitioner failed to take step when the matter was listed.

In view of such circumstances, the instant revision is dismissed being barred by limitation.
