1. CAN 2 of 2025 has been filed for restoration. The matter stood dismissed in default recently on 02.07.2025. The application has been diligently filed stating that the learned advocate who had been entrusted to appear in the matter could not reach the Court as he was otherwise held up by reasons beyond his control.

2. Finding the explanation offered in the application to be a sufficient cause for restoration, we allow the application and direct that the writ petition be restored to its original file and number.

3. Application being CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
