The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies on 14th July, 2023. A detailed order appears to have been passed.

From the submissions made on behalf of both the parties, it appears that there are several disputed questions of facts which ought not to be entertained or adjudicated by the writ Court.

According to the provisions of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006 there is a provision for review and revision under Section 148 of the Act before the State Government.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Section 148 of the said Act.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
