This matter has come at the instance of the private respondents for correction of the order dated 5th March, 2021.

There are few inadvertent errors in the order dated 5th March, 2021 as pointed out by the learned Counsel for the private respondents.

At Page 3, 1st paragraph, instead of 31st December, 2014, it should be "31st December, 2010" and similar mistake has occurred at Page 10, where in the 1st paragraph, it was wrongly typed as 3rd December, 2010 instead of "31st December, 2010". At the last page, that is at Page 12, 1st paragraph, it has been incorrectly recorded that the learned Single Judge was justified in granting the interim order, whereas the fact remains, that the learned Single Judge refused to pass any interim order. Accordingly, the word "not" shall be included in between the words "in

granting" and it should read as "in not granting" after correction.

Let these corrections be incorporated and formed part of the order dated 5th March, 2021.

The department shall record disposal of the writ petition and all the connected applications in terms of our order dated 5th March, 2021.
