The same is incorrect. It should be read as:

'direct the o.p./husband to pay an amount of Rs.40,000/- per month till disposal of the main application'. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 23.2.2024.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
