It appears that on earlier occasions also the petitioner was not represented.

The interim order was vacated vide Order dated 5th March, 2012.

The matter is pending since 2011 and the reason for which the present revisional application has been preferred might have become infructuous in the meantime. I have also reason to believe that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the revisional application.
