Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work orders were issued in favour of the petitioner in June and July, 2020. Those work orders are on record. Counsel also submits that despite several representations to the respondents, the petitioner has not been paid the money for the work done. The amount is of Rs. 3,48,144/-.

The State is represented.

WPA 26071 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 being the Divisional Forest

Officer, 24 Parganas South Division, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 8th August, 2022 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from today after hearing the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order.
