Petitioner approached this Court with a prayer for not causing any interference in the life and wellbeing of the petitioner's father or causing or inflicting any harm upon him.

I have taken into account the prayers advanced by the petitioner and I find that the present report which is dated 22.06.2025 states that the father of the petitioner is with one of the daughters namely, Moumita Basu. The present dispute is between Moumita Sarkar and Debolina Sarkar, two daughters of Debabrata Sarkar. Records also reflect that Moumita Basu has already been made an accused who has obtained bail. The address which is reflected of Moumita Basu is B-72,

Satsang Complex, PS Malad East, Mumbai - 400097.

Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent no. 5 be kept with the record.

Having considered that the police authorities have complete information regarding the whereabouts of the said Debabrata Sarkar, I am of the view that if there are other issues concerned, the petitioner would approach the Civil Court for necessary reliefs.

In view of one of the daughters having custody of the father, police authorities have hardly any role to play. It would be for the petitioners to settle their dispute and or differences before the civil court concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26106 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending application be consequently disposed of.
