1. Petitioner is in custody for 104 days. Petitioner submits he had intimate relationship with the victim and had been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. Learned lawyer for the de facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. We note petitioner had blackmailed and raped the victim. He had threatened to circulate obscene picture/video. Obscene picture had been seized corroborating her statement. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined

5. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
